Position Overview: The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. Key Responsibilities:
   1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  •  Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.

   2. Employee Relations and Retention:

  • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover.

   3. Performance Management:

   6. HR Policy and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Work Environment:

  • Office Setting: Primarily works in an office environment but may occasionally need to visit other company locations.

We’re looking for a presentable and proactive Site Admin to support and handle day-to-day administrative operations across our head office, factory, and construction site. This role is essential in keeping our business running smoothly, ensuring everything from logistics to government relations is handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, bills, maintenance, and petty cash.

Role Description:

This is an on-site contract role based in Egypt, for a Senior Environment Health Safety Engineer. The Senior Environment Health Safety Engineer will be responsible for daily oversight of environmental health and safety (EHS) practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing and delivering safety and training programs. The Engineer will perform risk assessments, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions. Collaboration with different departments to promote a safety culture and continuous improvement in occupational health and safety practices is also expected.
